Good morning all,
I am looking for a Westchester-based attorney who has experience in prosecuting cases against school districts/transportation companies in connection with an incident on board a school bus, on school grounds, involving two minor children, resulting in bodily/emotional injury to one.
As an added point, the school district had prior written notice of the aggressive behavior of one of the children.
Any recommendations appreciated.
