We have had medical record authorizations rejected by NYU and Columbia on the ground that the plaintiffs signature in the power of attorney was notarized by the same person who was being appointed, Cornelius Redmond.

Someone included a decision & order I believe from Judge Lubell regarding this attorneys failure to comply with discovery orders. I also welcome any and all intel.
