Hi All
I have a matter wherein plaintiffs counsel is claiming that either the method in which my hospital/medical group instructed their physicians to modify/revise or addend their EMR was in violation of both State HIPPA and Federal regulations or the manner in which my doctor client did it violated the State and Federal regulations. They tell me they have an expert who will opine on this. I have never had to litigate this issue before. Can anyone recommend an expert for this?
