I will be starting trial involving complications after an operative laparoscopy performed by our client to remove two large dermoid cysts. Plaintiff is represented by John Bonina. She had a turbulent course for several years, with peritonitis, bowel perforation, obstructions and then a hemicolectomy. Does anyone have a trial transcript of John cross-examining a defendant gynecologist, or any physician/ expert for that matter? It would be greatly appreciated.
