Based on Rucigay v. Wyckoff, 149 nys2d 148, he says the autopsy diagnoses have to be redacted. The case actually says the ME’s opinion as of cause death is not admissible
I once had Judge Sklar redact a diagnosis that really hurt the plaintiff because her attorney cd not cross-examine the doc who made it
Seems like every diagnosis that is challenged is not admissible hearsay
