We were just assigned to Judge Kerrigan in a complicated cancer (multiple myeloma) case with many defendants. This is my fourth straight case in Queens where I was lucky enough to be assigned to him but the others were all settled or dropped as to my clients so I never have been before him for a minute other than at pre-jury selection conferences
