On consent, Id put the likelihood above 95%, unless plaintiffs counsel has done something unimaginable to piss him off (which Ive never seen).

Good Afternoon,
I have a trial scheduled in the Bronx on October 30, 2024 where we put in the jury slip in May. Plaintiffs counsel wants an adjournment and is going to write to Judge Capella requesting an adjournment on consent. Is Judge Capella likely to grant it?
Thanks,
Marci
