Good evening to all,
I am starting a trial next week. The case involves the death of a 63 year old male who was married, had 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren.
Plaintiffs counsel has retained Kristin Kucsma who is expected to testify that, had he lived, the decedent, who was retired, would have spent almost all of his waking hours working around the house and/or providing guidance to his family, all at a very generous hourly rate.
I am looking for any recent transcripts for this witness.
