We were assigned Judge Erica Prager (Nassau County) for an upcoming trial. Does anyone have any intel/opinions on this assignment?
Additionally, if anyone has any recent transcripts of PC Ron Burke from Kelner & Kelners office examining a client doctor and expert doctor that they can share, we would be grateful.
Our case involves bariatric surgery, and an alleged delay in dxing a post-operative stricture, leading to development of peripheral neuropathy (on the off-chance you have transcripts involving similar issues/specialties with Burke, that would also be great)
