Good Morning Everyone,
We are starting a trial next Wednesday the 18th in Westchester County and Todd Lefkowitz, retinal surgeon is coming in against our client.
We already have a wealth of information on him, but nothing from the past three years or so. If anyone has recent transcripts on him it would be greatly appreciated.
The issue is performance of a YAG vitreolysis to treat a PVD so anything on that is worth bonus points.
