Greetings all,
I have a trial coming up with Ed Bithorn in Nassau, involving complications of cataract surgery. He is using an expert from Harvard-affiliated hospitals in Boston, Dr. Frank Berson. Does anyone have a transcript of Ed questioning a defendant physician and/or an expert at trial? Is anyone familiar with this expert?
