Good Morning:
Has anyone had a case with Bruce Reznick where he has been forced to convert a case to e-file? He opted out of e-file on my case and all filings, etc. have to be hard copy with the Court and counsel (in the same manner as a pro se plaintiff). I would like to move for discovery and also seek to force the conversion of the case to e-file if such a request is possible. If anyone else has been successful in challenging the “opt out”, such could strengthen a motion. I looked for any e-filed cases by Bruce Reznick and found none where he was the attorney of record (he seems to do this “opting out” on all of his cases).
