Good morning all
I have a client who has been named is two separate suits by patients claiming he inappropriately touched/fondled them during office visits. Obviously his carrier is disclaiming/reserving rights for those claims.
I am looking for recommendations for an NYC or Long Island attorney that has significant experience handling these types of claims.
