I object to plaintiffs attempting 3 bites at the apple by subdiving into 3 questions for the jury which is in reality one theory , that being lack of informed consent and cite this section and the Coakley v Parkway Hospital (attachedd) for the prohibition.
I also attached the preferred qeustioning on a claim for lack of informed consent which appears beleow NY PJI 2:150A
