Has anyone seen Craig Ordway lately and/or would anyone have a good transcript on him. I know that he use to exclusively do defense work but, somewhere along the way he fell out of favor. He is coming in on a case for Danzi in Supreme Nassau. I havent seen him in years but I recall a story about him testifying for the defense in Suffolk years ago and when cross examination of him wasnt completed by lunchtime, he jetted off to the Caribbean and wouldnt return unless he got a first class round trip ticket along with a big fee for interrupting his trip. The problem for the defense was that his direct testimony was going to be stricken so they really had no alternative but to pay. Thats the way I heard it although some of the facts may be off.
I know that he had also been doing physical exams on GL cases.
