Does anyone have any experience with an expert who specializes in administrative medicine? That is, the way a hospital is run? Rules and regulations? IRB? Hiring/staffing? The overall functioning of a hospital? Plaintiff exchanged information for such an expert and we are having difficulty locating an appropriate expert. Any names/ideas would be appreciated.
