I had a case with her a few weeks ago where she actually took on the case herself to force it to go forward. I think they are up to date now.

Date: 7/15/2024 12:49:31 PM I have a final conference with Judge Spodek on August 5th with Elena Coffinas where the Judge said if we dont settle during mediation she will send us for trial. I highly doubt the case will settle.
What does Judge Spodek mean when she is sending us for trial? When I tried my last case in Kings last October, she assigned us to a Judge who gave us a date several months later. How does it work now?
