This orthopedic expert from New Jersey is being called on a spinal surgery case I am defending. I would appreciate any transcripts or info on him. (I understand he was censured in 2015 by the American Orthopedic Assn. for unprofessional conduct in providing expert testimony for a plaintiff in a spine case without requesting or reviewing MRI scans and relying solely on an inconclusive MRI report. Not surprising that Robert Genis is using him on my case!).
