I took verdict before Justice Stroth about 2 years ago. It was her first med mal case. I worked with her years ago as a criminal defense attorney with The Legal Aid Society back in the 90s. She has a pleasant personality. Although she has a slight bias for the plaintiff like most judges, she lets you try your case. Rulings were fair and the verdict sheet and charge also fair. In the courtroom she was courteous to all counsel. No problem being in her court room. I got a defense verdict so its always easier to say all was good. That aside, she will give you a fair trial.
