Picking a jury in Queens with Brian Schochet

2 questions:

1) He raised an objection to mention of burden of proof based on a provision in the Administrative Code that prohibits mention of it in jury selection (but it says lawyers should avoid “discussing” it in jury selection). Has anyone heard of it?

2) he is calling Dr. Gino Bottino. Anyone know what he is like on the stand ?
