My friends elderly father has a medical practice on LINY that he is turning over to a younger physician. They are now having some disagreements and he needs a lawyer who is experienced in handling a business transfer. It also involves a dispute over a lease (but for some reason they entered into a licensing agreement for the existing premises rather than a lease).
The practice is in the Baldwin/Rockville Center area.
Anybody have any names of any attorneys in that area?
