my client testified that he listed something as a cause of death on the death certificate when my copy of it did not contain a space for it.
He explained and later provided me with a more detailed DC that is filed elrctronically
where he listed a cause of death and 2 contributing factors
It did not matter in my case, but I thought that a DC was a DC
