I just wanted to mention that I recently settled a case where Dr. Alan Schuss, a former MLMIC in-house expert (pathology), really went out of his way to help me.
I have met him but never seen him testify, but to me, the help an expert give as attorney, both in being available and educating me, is almost as
important as doing good on the stand.
