The plastic surgeon Dr. Burt Greenberg is coming in against me on an orthopedic hand case, with alleged development of CRPS, next month in Suffolk. If anyone has any transcripts on point, or that might be helpful, sending to me would be most appreciated.
In reviewing some his prior transcripts he says that he comes in 50% of the time for Ds, and he also referenced doing work for MLMIC. I suspect he is not telling the truth re his prior testimonial history. Has anyone called this guy as their defense expert at trial, or can anyone give me any insight re this guy that might be helpful ??
