Hello Everyone ! I am looking for expert witness recommendations on 2 cases.
In case 1 I represent a Neuro PA who was treating a CVA victim with significant residual muscle spasticity with periodic Botox injections. He is alleged to have done so inappropriately. I am looking for a neurologist/physiatrist/pain management provider who uses Botox for this purpose in their practice.
In case 2 I am looking for a high level academic pathologist to review endometrial and uterine specimens in an endometrial cancer case. The expert cant have a Memorial or Northwell connection.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. THX
