I have a shoulder dystocia/Erbs Palsy case in which the main allegation against my OB (not the delivering OB) is that a sonogram done 5 days before induction grossly underestimated the fetal weight because the tech placed the measurements in the wrong place. The plaintiff cross filed a SJ Mtx, and now I need to oppose his expert
Can anyone recommend an expert sonogram tech?
