Hi All
This expert is coming in against me at the end of October. In her trial list it looks as though she testified here in NY in 2018 (I assume for plaintiff) in a Rockland County matter (Travato v. Nyack/Dr. March) and the matter was defended by Pilkington and Legget as well as WEMED. Does anyone have her trial transcript from that case??
Or any other recent transcripts?
