I cannot find a case that address the situation of a pt., who is seeing a doctor for a condition and is in the middle of a w/u, stops seeing him and goes elsewhere for it.
I am using cases that look at it for SL purposes but does anyone know of a case that addresses it in terms of liabiolty?
