According to a New York State Division of Budget Report, the Governors office has made an allocation of State treasury funds intended to re-open the MIF and allow for new enrollment through March 31, 2025. The Department of Health has yet to announce that the Fund is re-opened, and details about the logistics of the re-opening remain unknown at this time.
