Last week I got several requests for my post-trial MOL.
I sent it (with mistakes) but I added cases sent to me in response and corrected a number of typos
The additional cases (thank you for sending them stand for the point that multiple inter-related departures should be combined into 1 jury question. I added them to the cases holding that an judge should not divide a single departure into 2 or more departure questions.
