I need an orthopedic expert for a Suffolk case that is coming up.
It is an interesting situation where my client (formerly insured with Oceanus) is now forced to pay for his own defense.
Normally, if I was paying with insurance company money, I would initially send the case for review by a very highly qualified expert. If that expert could defend, great. But if the highly qualified expert could not defend, I would try a somewhat less highly qualified (on paper, anyway) expert with a strong defense orientation. Under the circumstances, however, I cannot waste my clients own money sending the case for review by some super expert if there is a greater chance that the expert will be unable to defend the case.
I think I need an orthopedist with a strong defense orientation (great credentials a plus but not essential).
Any recommendations for a strong defense minded orthopedist?
Thank you.
