I am curious as to why they are replacing David Mayer, if any reason was provided. Hes noticed as an expert for plaintiff on a case I am trying at the end of October in Westchester.
Unfortunately, I do not have transcripts on Dr. Calland.

Hi we have a trial starting in a week in Chemung Supreme where P is attempting to substitute Dr. James Forrest Calland for Dr. David Mayer as their surgery expert under the substantially similar test. Curious if anyone has any transcripts on Dr. Calland.
