Has anyone handled a default judgment against a doctor where the default was granted, inquest was held and the court made a large monetary award? One is within a year from the default order and other is outside of the year. Both are well beyond 30 days after the inquest and service of the order. Wondering if anyone has had success vacating the default or arguing down the monetary award.
