I have a pending appeal of the denial of SJ. The plaintiff is appealing from a judgment setting aside the verdict/judgment in his favor, and has made a motion to dismiss my appeal based on the argument that all issues merge into the judgment and that I am not aggrieved by it. Can I move to consolidate the appeals?
