he is coming in against me on a hernia case where he claimed mesh migrated due to the lack of sutures even though the manufacturer described it as sutureless
Judge Edward ruled I did not make a pf case bc someone said in a letter that the mesh may have migrated and the 2nd Dept. affirmed even though there were issues unrelated to the mesh
He is so full of himself
He says he became a lawyer bc he was injured badly and cd no operate
Me too, but mine was brain dmmages that caused me to be a lawyer ky
I would appreciate transcripts on mesh or hernia cases
