Today an Associate in my office circulated the following email and attachments. I thought this was important information that must be shared. It should help with cross of this frequent flier.

The attached deposition transcript is from a case pending in NJ (2/18/2019) in the matter of Kirl Abad v Mister East, et al., where Dr Guy was deposed. During the deposition, it was established that: Dr. Guy was thrown out of Queens College in his junior year for failing grades; Dr. Guy never graduated from any college despite testifying previously to having graduated; Dr. Guy was sued for fraud by Michael Cohen because he rented one (1) of his eight (8) Hampton houses for a month several years ago for $150k, but nothing worked in the house and the pool was full of algae, etc.
Of significance, at one point, Dr. Guy bragged that he found the only medical school in the world that accepted non-college students. Upon information and belief, he failed to complete medical school and he failed to complete his residency; rather, he procured a certificate for life care planning online after supposedly completing a course.
