I represented him years ago. Highly intelligent, well-trained & experienced. Not aware of anything negative about him. We got a 6-0 defense verdict (in Bronx or Queens), so even the fact he was sued cant be used against him, as far as I know.
Pure speculation, for which I have no basis whatsoever, but I dont think hed stray too far from legitimate medicine, so Im sure hell say your client was negligent, but he might give up some stuff on other issues.
