I tried a case against Chris in Staten Island years ago during his Burns & Harris days – I do not have transcript – I think Dan Nessim at Aaronson had the codefendant & he may have it. (All of my transcripts were with old firm). He was good as I recall and this was at least 6,7 years ago.

I am starting trial in Queens Supreme Court before Judge Robert Caloras shortly ..has anyone had trial experience with him?
Plaintiffs attorney is Chris Donadio of Gairs office has anyone tried a malpractice case against him? If so, can I get a copy of a transcript of his questioning a defendant physician and/or defense expert?
