Dr. Gubernick is testifying for Plaintiff in my current trial before Judge McGrath in about ten days. Does anyone have a transcript where he gives testimony involving intraoperative injury to the bladder, bowel, uterus or other structures? I am particularly interested in testimony where he acknowledges this can occur as a recognized risk of surgery.
