I am curious as to why they are replacing David Mayer, if any reason was provided. He’s noticed as an expert for plaintiff on a case I am trying at the end of October in Westchester.

Hi – we have a trial starting in a week in Chemung Supreme where P is attempting to substitute Dr. James Forrest Calland for Dr. David Mayer as their surgery expert under the “substantially similar” test. Curious if anyone has any transcripts on Dr. Calland.
