Plaintiff is calling Jonathan Vapnek MD (urologist) in a trial starting this month. If anyone has anything within the past 3-5 years on this guy, I would greatly appreciate it.
Also, any input/information on Andrew Smiley of Smiley & Smiley would be great as well. His partner, Jason Friedman, has been handling the file up to now. Jason seems like a decent guy straight shooter but I have not had any dealings with Smiley.
