I had a case with Michaelstein and Ashman. I know Richard Ashman but Ed Bithorn tried the case for that firm.

Hi,
I am scheduled to start a trial on 2/19 in Westchester. The case had been handled all along by Paul LeClair for Michelstein and Ashman. I spoke to Paul today and he told me he is no longer associated with the firm and Richard Ashman is handling. Does anyone have any experience with him? Has anyone tried a case against him?
