Christian Fumuso from my firm successfully took a verdict against him in Suffolk two years ago before Judge Santorelli.
Pagan is very experienced and knows what he is doing. While he is a nice guy, he will also try to pull stunts at every opportunity, and I would expect that would especially be the case in Supreme Bronx.

I am looking for input/feedback on The Pagan Firm/William Pagan. I have a Bronx County case next month the date was set by Judge Gonzalez months ago. Plaintiff is looking for an adjournment. Not sure if hell get it even with my consent.
Has anyone tried a case with him or the firm?
