Hi Peter,
I believe I crossed him in Suffolk back in 2016 or 2017 in a case before Judge Whalen called Feitzenger/Fishedick. I do not have the transcript but you may wish to check with Jim Furey who may have access to it. My recollection was that he came poorly prepared and because of that, he conceded a lot on cross.
My codefendant at that time was Wayne Rabinowitz who was with Wilson Elster at the time. They may have a copy of the transcript as well.
