Hi all:
We are having a debate. Is it better to not sign a stipulation of discontinuance for a co-defendant when we are not sure if they have any liability and let the court so order it, OR is it better to sign the stipulation wherein in we include a statement that the parties acknowledge that signing this Stipulation of Discontinuance does not affect our clients Article 16 rights.
