Im starting a trial next week against Rob Sgarlato in Westchester. Would appreciate to speak to anyone whos tried a case with him.
He is calling cardio thoracic surgeon Dr James Wu out of Lehigh Valley hospital in Pennsylvania.
I found a transcript where Dr Wu was a defendant in 2003. I havent found any expert testimony.
I would appreciate any transcripts of Sgarlato cross and Dr Wu testimony.
