Does anyone know whether Judge Catapano-Fox has granted or denied a motion by plaintiffs counsel, in a settled wrongful death action, directing the settlement funds to be paid to and held in escrow by plaintiffs counsel and permitting plaintiffs counsel to take fees and disbursements and directing that distribution of all remaining proceeds shall be governed by the Surrogates decree?
Thanks!
