Hey Everyone,
I am looking for a sample petition for approval of a wrongful death compromise order where decedent is survived by minor children. Specifically, I want to see how the Kaiser formula (see Matter of Kaiser, 198 Misc. 582, 100 N.Y.S.2d 218 [1950]) was applied when allocating wrongful death proceeds among the decedents children and/or if there was a departure from applying that formula.
